Terms
Terms are Net 30 days for customers with approved credit. We
accept Visa and Mastercard. Returned checks will be subject
to a service charge of $50.00. |

Damage/Shortages
Damage claims must be filed within 5 days of receipt the customer
with the carrier. Shortages must be reported to customer service
within 5 days of receipt. |
Pricing
We strive to keep our prices low. Published prices are subject
to change without notice, due to unexpected increases. Merchandise
will be invoiced at prevailing prices at the time of shipment.
Sales tax will be charged in applicable states unless tax-exempt
certificate is on file. Quotes are available for volume purchases.

Returns
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number from customer
service. Any return must be packed and in unmarked, sellable
condition. Items must be shipped freight pre-paid and are subject
to a 15% restock fee. Refused items will be subject to all freight
charges and a 15% restock fee. |
Freight/Shipping
We will include shipping and handling on all invoices. Management
Cleaning Controls, Sales and Service (MCC S&S) will ship
by the carrier of their choice as determined by weight restrictions.
We can ship by other common carrier, if requested. Expedited
shipping is available. Orders placed by 1 PM EST will ship that
day. |

Back Orders/Special Orders
We try to avoid back orders on out of stock items. Should they
occur, we will ship the item the day of its arrival to our facility.
Customers may option for a no back order for out of stock items,
and reorder on a subsequent order. Any item that is not a stocking
item will be a special order. Special orders are not returnable
or cancellable. |
